I think you forgot another horrible piece of evidence; Mario hosts a fight club where everyone beats the hell out of each other with beam swords , bomb-ombs , hammers , and other assorted weapons. SUPER SMASH BROS!
Not to mention drag races where racers are encouraged to decimate their foes with hollowed out turtle shells!

Haha! This brings backs memories about how I was making fun of Mario while my friend (and long time Mario fan was playing SMG.) He got very angry with me and said I was ruining his childhood. I think I’ll share this link with him :P.
